2. Booking, eligibility, and student discounts

By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. If the tour requires eligibility for a “student” rate, you must present valid proof of student status upon request, where applicable.

Discounts (if offered) depend on the specific tour/package terms. Any discount eligibility may be checked at the start of the tour or during the service delivery process.

3. Itinerary and package terms

We may adjust an itinerary for safety, force majeure, operational necessity, or changes by third parties (such as transportation providers), while aiming to keep the service quality equivalent. Any material changes will be communicated as early as possible.

Inclusions and exclusions for each package are described in the booking information for that tour.

4. Price, payment, and order information

Prices are those shown during the booking flow. Where applicable, additional charges (taxes, local fees, transport upgrades) may be displayed before confirmation.

If you provide personal data through booking or contact forms (names, contact details, order/payment information), it will be processed under the requirements of Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", Про захист персональних даних, including obtaining the appropriate legal grounds/consent and providing required notices at the time of collection.

5. Cancellation, changes, and withdrawal rights

For distance transactions, you will be informed of the legally required information enabling lawful acceptance and any withdrawal/termination rights where applicable, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Про захист прав споживачів.

Cancellation and change rules (deadlines, possible refunds, and substitutions) depend on the selected tour/package. Those terms are provided during booking and/or in the confirmation documents.

6. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

If you have a consumer complaint, you can contact us using the details below. Where the consumer dispute process applies, we will consider claims in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Про захист прав споживачів.

We encourage you to submit your complaint with sufficient information about the booking (date, tour name, and contact details).

7. Liability and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, routeprismhub.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure or actions/omissions of third parties not under our control. Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
